The project entailed the demolition of 3 existing buildings and the construction of a complex of 5 blocks of apartments as follows;
- Block H, J, M over the same single storey basement and ranging from 8 to 10 storeys (247 apartments)
- Block N at 7 storeys (40 apartments)
- Block P is a 3 storey creche
